Seremban, El Sky News – BMW Malaysia’s management team made an official visit to BMW Millennium Welt Seremban, reinforcing the strong partnership between the national distributor and one of its leading retail partners in the southern region. The visit underscored a shared commitment to enhance customer experience, dealership standards, and aftersales excellence across the BMW network.
Among the visiting representatives were Ms. Tatjana Bister (Visitor from Germany BMW HQ, Vice President, Retail Training, Driver’s Guide & Digital Aftersales Platform), Mr. Niko Koch (Customer Support Director), Mr. Vincent Kaing (Sales Director), Ms. Linnet Yew (Director of MINI Malaysia), Ms. Joanne Goh (Director of BMW Group Asia Technology), and Mr. Ken Cheok (ASM, BMW Malaysia).
They were welcomed by the Millennium Welt leadership team, including Mr. Nicholas Lee (Dealer Principal), Mr. Azrul Azman (Head of Corporate Strategy & Development), Mr. EJ Enryzan (BMW Motorrad Manager), and Mr. Niski Mak (BMW Premium Selection Manager).
The visit featured a guided tour of the BMW Millennium Welt Seremban showroom, which showcased a full range of BMW models and facilities. According to the onsite footage, the showroom presented an engaging environment with new BMW vehicles on display, a dedicated BMW Motorrad section, and a premium lounge area designed for customer consultations. Staff were seen welcoming guests and providing detailed product briefings, highlighting the dealership’s focus on personalized service.
The BMW Premium Selection (BPS) zone, presented by Mr. Niski Mak, demonstrated the company’s certified pre-owned vehicle offerings — emphasizing BMW’s high-quality standards and customer assurance. Meanwhile, the Aftersales and Workshop area tour provided insights into the advanced tools and diagnostic systems used by trained technicians, ensuring world-class service support for every BMW owner.
