Warisan’s candidate, Ma’mun Sulaiman, says the surge reflects voter frustration over long-standing infrastructure problems and a desire for more reliable development.
During his campaign rounds, Ma’mun highlighted that residents are increasingly vocal about basic necessities still not being met. Issues such as inconsistent water supply, power disruptions, poor road conditions, and a lack of stable job opportunities continue to dominate conversations with local voters.
