Investigation Papers on PALAPES Trainee’s Death Referred to AGC, Case Probed Under Murder Section

KUALA LUMPUR, El Sky News – The mystery surrounding the true cause of death of a Reserve Officer Training Unit (PALAPES) trainee, who passed away several months ago, has taken a new dimension as the police confirm that the investigation papers (IP) for the case have been referred to the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC).

In a surprising development, the initial investigation, which might have previously been classified under a different category, has now been updated and is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code, which is the charge for murder cases.

The confirmation of this reclassification has triggered serious speculation and concern regarding the circumstances under which the trainee met their end.
