SEGAMAT, April , 2026 — A tragic road accident in Johor that claimed the lives of three members of the same family has taken a dramatic legal turn, with a trailer driver now set to be charged with murder.
The 28-year-old suspect will face charges under Section 302 of the Penal Code, a provision typically reserved for intentional homicide cases.
