Chin Hin Group Property Launches RM449 Million The NeX Industrial Project in Kota Damansara

KUALA LUMPUR, June 2026 — Chin Hin Group Property Bhd has introduced The NeX, its first modern industrial development in Kota Damansara, Selangor, with an estimated gross development value, or GDV, of RM449 million.

According to the company, The NeX will be developed on a land parcel measuring about 1.6 hectares, or approximately four acres, along Jalan Teknologi in Kota Damansara. The development will consist of a nine-storey industrial building.
